Our Policy

We operate a safe recruitment policy and always require police checks, medical checks and other documents to support all applications. Our screening policy includes:

  • All applicants are required to complete a detailed application form.
  • All applicants must submit a minimum of two professional references.
  • All applicants are required to submit a police background check using the relevant authority in their home country.
  • All applicants are interviewed in order to ascertain their suitability for our program and working with children.
VISA Application/Processing

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • If your J-1 Visa is denied/rejected as evidenced on your passport and confirmed by the embassy, all fees paid less Documentation and Registration fees, are refundable.
  • If your J-1 Visa is denied/rejected as evidenced on your passport, due to your non-disclosure or other failure to comply with your obligations as set out in this agreement, the paid 60% part of the total fees are non-refundable.
  • If you withdraw your application after you've been given all the necessary US govt. issued documents for the embassy, for this program, but prior to appearing at the embassy for interview, the paid 60% part of the total fees are non-refundable.
  • If you experiences a life-threatening illness, or death, prior to your departure to the USA, after the J-1 Visa has been issued, written documentation must be submitted within 14 days and the paid 40% part of the total fees are refundable.
  • No credits/refunds will be given if your application is withdrawn due to exacerbation of a pre-existing medical condition.
